Cartea scrisa de Pat Califa, intitulata “The lesbian S/M safety manual“ Boston, 1988 face referire la 9 tipuri de sclavi care se regasesc in zilele noastre:

1. MASOCHISTUL NESUPUS SAU FETISH-ISTUL SENZUAL:

Acest gen de masochist nu este interesat de umilire, servitudine sau cedarea controlului stapanei.
